The CAEH’s monthly Community of Practice webinars aim to provide community leaders and Housing First program staff an opportunity to debrief, consult, have roundtable sharing, discuss case scenarios, have topic presentations and learn from experts and their peers in the delivery of Housing First practices. If you or your community wish to present or share a Housing First related topic, scenario, or concern for our webinar, please let us know.

This month the webinar will showcas an outstanding Housing First Program from Hamilton, the host city for the CAEH Conference.  Presenter will be Erika Morton, social planner for the Street Involved Youth Project. The webinar will be co-hosted by Wally Czech, the CAEH Training and Technical Assistance Director, and Sam Tsemberis, Housing First expert.

After registering, you will receive confirmation emails containing information about joining the webinar.
