This year’s conference will be held in Calgary, Alberta, from November 13–15, 2017. IOS is Canada’s only national conference that brings together 400–500 addiction workers, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers and knowledge brokers from across the country. This three-day event provides an unparalleled opportunity to learn and share new research and best practices, and to receive practical training related to substance use prevention, addiction treatment and recovery.

Learn from and network with renowned national and international experts, as well as hundreds of professionals in your field and in complementary industries, who will provide a rich variety of shared experiences and new perspectives.

Create your own program, choosing from a combination of plenary sessions, concurrent sessions and practical workshops, featuring approximately 100 speakers.
