Training objectives

This training session will:

  • Create awareness of the impact of data quality on quality of care
  • Provide an overview of valid reporting and interpretation of OHRS data
  • Support agency staff in developing and applying their own data quality best-practices within their agency

Who should take part and why?

Community-based addictions and mental health agency staff such as:

Health Service Providers who wish to learn how to identify and report the most appropriate client statistics/client-related data in their work
Agency staff responsible for data collection, entry, and reporting, who wish to enhance their skills in managing agency data and/or lead data quality initiatives in their agency as a Data Champion
Agency leaders who wish to enhance data quality in their agency, and embed a manageable and sustainable data quality culture in their team
