Part One of a Four-Part Series: Cannabis Use Across the Lifespan

The Effects of Cannabis during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Cannabis is one of the most commonly used psychoactive substances in Ontario, along with alcohol and tobacco. In 2017, 14.5% of adults reported trying cannabis in the past year. Cannabis was legalized for non-medical use on Oct 17th, when it became legal for adults over 19 to use cannabis without a prescription.

This webinar series will provide an overview of cannabis use patterns across the lifespan and will address concerns specific to each age group.  This first webinar in this series will provide information on the effects of cannabis during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
