Best practices in treating youth with substance use problems (2011)

This workbook was developed to help youth-serving organizations start to reflect on their practice. The guidelines will help organizations assess whether their policies, procedures, programs, services, and training contribute to best practice standards in working with youth with substance use problems. The best practice recommendations are organized to look at orientation to client, approach to practice, and appreciating the context.

EENet has developed a Research Report Round-up of the report, “Best Practices in Treating Youth with Substance Use Problems – A Workbook for Organizations That Serve Youth.”

Research Report Round-ups are brief summaries of research reports, presented in a user-friendly format.
