Supporting organizations to identify, implement and evaluate evidence-informed strategies to address key organizational priorities

Description and objectives

Accessibility to best practice information has improved in Manitoba with the addition of the Knowledge Exchange website, the development of the KE Centre and through the KE events being presented in the province. However, the service providers express a need to focus on individual agency priorities. During the additional two years, the KE Centre and their knowledge brokers along with an external consultant will work with individual agencies to identify their needs regarding enhancing treatment practices to better align with emerging and best practices. Organizations will be supported through the provision of information and assistance developing a framework for implementation.
