On March 27, 2014, The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and Canadian Mental Health Association in partnership with the International Initiative for Mental Health Leadership presented a webinar titled, “A look into an international innovative evidence-informed practice: InSHAPE.”

InSHAPE is an evidence-informed intervention which uses physical activity to improve the health and longevity of people experiencing mental illness. Presenter Ken Jue, creator of InSHAPE, discussed.
